Grilled Cheddar Jack Lingcod
2 pounds Lingcod
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tablespoon dried Dill Weed
1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
Preheat grill to 350 degrees or medium grill heat. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, dill weed, and mustard powder. Spread the cheese mixture over the lingcod filets. Sprinkle more dill on top if desired.
Grill for 20-30 minutes (depending on the thickness of your filet’s) or until fish is flakey and cheese is golden brown.
