Salmon Shore Lunch
4-6 Salmon Fillets (6-8 oz. each)
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Horseradish
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons SmokeeJo’s Bourbon Molasses Spice
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons SmokeeJo’s Datil Pepper Sauce
Place 4 to 6 Salmon Fillets in a baking dish; each about 6 to 8 oz. in size. Pour marinade over dish and let sit 4-6 hours.
Grill on BBQ at Medium-High heat or Bake in an oven at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. (Careful not to overcook).
