Grilled Trout & “Shrooms”

4 Trout Fillets
8 oz Fresh Portabella mushrooms, sliced
2 tbls Balsamic vinegar
2 tbls Olive Oil
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
¼ tsp salt

Preheat Grill to medium-high/ Center one fish on each sheet of aluminum foil. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon ¼ of the mixture over each fish steak. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet. Repeat to make 4 packets. Grill 12 to 14 minutes on medium-high in covered grill.
