Happy Hour Salmon
4 Salmon Steaks (about one inch thick)
½ cup vodka
¼ cup fresh orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. coarse grained mustard
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
Fresh Orange & Lemon Slices (sliced thin)
Place steaks in a flat dish in one layer. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish, coating on all sides. Marinate at least 20 minutes. Top steaks with fresh slices of orange & lemon and grill steaks in hinged basket over high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
