Grilled Salmon Spread
4 Salmon fillets ( ½ lb. each )
1 tablespoon Tarragon
½ cup Dill Pickles
2 tablespoons Spring Onions
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Grill Salmon on medium heat for 15 minutes. Take off grill and let cool completely. Mix together the tarragon, pickles, spring onions, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until desired consistency. In a separate bowl break up the grilled salmon filets making sure to check for any remaining bones.
Add the grilled Salmon to the wet mixture and stir well.
Serve with crackers or Italian Bread.
