Grilled Smoked Salmon Pizza
1 large Pizza Shell (pre-made crust)
SmokeeJo’s Datil Pepper Sauce
1-1/2 pound smoked salmon (cut in small pieces)
Fresh Herbed Cream Cheese Topping
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees. Spread the Datil pepper sauce on the pizza crust until it is well covered. On top of the crust distribute the salmon, and black olives. Grill on indirect heat for 5 minutes with lid closed. Remove from grill and drizzle with cream cheese topping. For final touch top with chopped spring onions or chives.
