Sesame Grilled Snow Peas
¼ teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce (lite)
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1 teaspoon Gingerroot (grated)
1 lb. Snow Peas
2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds (toasted)
Wisk together the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Place snow peas in a foil packet. Pour the rice wine vinegar mixture over snow peas; seal packet. Grill over medium heat 7-10 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving. Serve immediately.
