Zonk Takes A Look At The Mock Draft Roundups

After reviewing the online “experts,” I have to agree with Mel Kiper, Jr. at ESPN.com.  I’d like to see the Dolphins take Danny Shelton, DT, Washington…..and for the same reasons Mel states – “Dolphins added Ndamukong Suh but the depth chart for the interior of their defensive line is, basically,  “Suh and that’s about it.”Shelton is a different kind of player than Suh, with a far more limited ability to rush the passer, but if they’re on the field at the same time it could free Suh up to be the kind of disruptor the Dolphins are paying for….”
If Danny Shelton’s not available, I’d have to go with Brian Baldinger, NFL.com and pick Marcus Peters, CB, Washington….as they need more depth at corner.
My third choice would be DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville.  As stated by Charley Casserly, NFL.com – “….Tannehill needs a true No. 1 receiver.”
I’m in hopes that if QB, Tim Tebow doesn’t make it in Philly…the Dolphins might take a serious look at him. I’ve watched him since high school and believe he’d make a great backup to Tannehill. The kids a winner.
